1. Birthday of Vardhan Sharma,Grandson of Col Vidya Sharma, a native of Guljana was celebrated on 19 July 2008 with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm at Charduar in Assam where he is staying with his father.

CREATION OF THIS BLOG
Dear Guljanites,
1. Today I have created this blog. Since I am not into web designing the page may be rudimentary. Aim of creating this blog is to enable Guljanites to get updated about their birth/ native place and feel a sense of bondage despite being geographically dispersed.
2. I have not yet finalised the contents of this blog. I believe the ideas will trickle in and based on relevance their inclusion or exclusion will be contemplated.
